Confluence Bodywork & Austin Kula Yoga present a “Back to School”workshop for teachers, students, parents & caregivers preparing for the shift of seasons.

In this workshop Wendy Colonna, RYT and Rochelle Poulson, Nationally Certified Massage Therapist will work with you to discover how you can transition into the fall season of work and play with minimal stress and maximum celebration.

This workshop will cover the essential tools of transition: yoga, massage, pranayama, Ayurvedic insight and fun exercises that will help you stay balanced through the fall months.

Yummy autumn snacks will be served. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat!
